Shredded beef with peppers, onions in a tomato-based sauce
served with choice of rice and beans OR moro rice

Bistec de Palomilla

Sautéed Black Angus sirloin steak pounded thin
topped with grilled onions served with tostones

Churrasco con Chimichurri (additional $3)

Grilled skirt steak topped with chimichurri sauce
served with rice and beans OR moro rice

Masitas de Puerco

Fried marinated boneless pork pieces topped with sautéed onions
served with choice of rice and beans OR moro rice

Pechuga de Pollo a la Parilla con Salsa de Mango

Grilled chicken breast topped with fresh mango salsa served with white rice

Yellow rice with boneless chicken, Spanish sausage and baby peas cooked together

Sautéed tilapia in garlic and white wine with capers
served with rice and vegetables

Caribbean fried rice with shrimps, sweet plantains, scallions
with coconut and ginger sauce

Third Course

Flan de Coco

Rich coconut custard with a top layer of soft caramel,
sprinkled with toasted coconut
